Wisedome processes and ships all orders within a reasonable timeframe after order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, Wisedome is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to shop with confidence.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Product received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Incorrect product received.
- Product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos or videos (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your return request is approved and the returned product is received (if applicable), we will process your refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Exchanges will be shipped as soon as the returned product has been inspected and approved.
