Shipping Policy

Wisedome processes and ships orders within a reasonable time after order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services. Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.

Once an order is shipped, Wisedome is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Once the issue is verified, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non Returnable Items

Orders will not be eligible for return or refund for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect address provided, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds or Replacements

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after the damaged item claim is reviewed and approved. Refunds, if applicable, will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
